HDPE Pressure Pipe

HDPE pipes are a strong, durable and cost-effective solution for potable water supply, irrigation, and bore-well applications, Alex HDPE pipes are manufactured from virgin raw material on the state of the art manufacturing facilities. The plant is fully integrated with a quality control laboratory carrying stringent raw material and finished goods tests for achieving and maintaining uncompromising quality, consistency and matching the specifications as laid down in various Indian as well as International standards. The Poly pipe fittings are offered in PE63, PE80, PE100 grades, complying to IS 4984:2016. Our HDPE pipes are pressure rated based on their material, dimension ratio, By applying Environmental Design Factors and Service Temperature Design Factors in the design process.

HDPE pipe is tough, has a 100-year design life, is ideal for trench-less installation methods such as pipe-cracking, pipe-jacking, and u-liners and, because of the good chemical resistance and abrasion resistance properties, they are also extensively used in chemical, waste and slurry applications. Alex HDPE Pressure Pipe systems are designed and manufactured to meet the harsh climate-related requirements, making them suitable for most applications. Alex Pipes, therefore, offers a range of complementary fittings and accessories needed for a complete piping solution. HDPE is generally used for high-pressure applications ranging from 3.2 to 25 Bar, in conjunction with compression, buttweld or electrofusion fittings.
